Wesley Alexander Hill Ph.D. [ABD] is the leading Research Associate and International Program Manager for the Energy, Growth, and Security Program at the International Tax and Investment Center. ITIC’s EGS arm focuses on critical natural resources, energy transformations, infrastructure, and geopolitics in Eurasia while exploring opportunities for investment and policymaking.
Wesley is an accomplished foreign policy professional and expert on energy policy, security studies, grand strategy, Chinese politics, Sino-American relations, Sino-African relations, and Sino-Eurasian relations. Wesley serves as a contributor and has been published in Forbes, New Lines, Voice of America, and the Nomura Research Group.
Prior to working with the International Tax and Investment Center, Wesley was a professor at Tulane University teaching classes in Political Science. Wesley is a fellow of the National Bureau of Asian Research, having conducted research at Beijing’s Tsinghua University and Taipei’s National Normal University. Wesley began his career conducting foreign policy research and analysis on behalf of the office of Congresswoman Dina Titus’ constituent services office.
Wesley graduated from Tulane University.
