Quin Buckley

Program Associate — Energy, Growth, and Security Program  

Quin Buckley is a Program Associate for the Energy, Growth, and Security Program at the International Tax and Investment Center. In this position, he contributes his geopolitical and industry knowledge to the program’s activities researching energy transformation in Eurasia and identifying opportunities for economic growth in the region. As a graduate of Indiana University, holding bachelor’s degrees in economic consulting and international studies, his studies were focused on the effects of private ESG initiatives on global policy as well as the companies putting them into place. Before his work at the International Tax and Investment Center, Quin worked as a Strategy Analyst at Starburst Aerospace, advising the Aerospace and Defense companies on emerging technologies.
